This energizing return-to-strength training program designed to safely rebuild your core, pelvic floor, and full-body strength is perfect for new moms looking to regain confidence and strength in a supportive environment. Babies are always welcome, even if they are fussy or noisy.
You’ll enjoy:
One weekly 60-minute in-person workout with a certified pre/postnatal fitness coach
Two easy-to-follow 20-minute home workouts per week
A set of resistance bands* to use in class and at home
Using resistance bands, we focus on foundational movements to prepare you for any fitness goals—whether it’s running, weightlifting, bootcamp classes, or just feeling your best. Your baby is welcome to join, making it a seamless way to prioritize your health!
*Participants repeating the series will not receive another set of bands
